Medium-sized projects or several small tasks.
1–3 hours of work, includes tools and materials under a certain cost.
$175–$250 per visit or $85/hr. plus materials.
Premium Service – “Project Day”
Full or half-day blocks for larger jobs (fan installs, multiple repairs, small remodel prep).
Reserved time, priority scheduling.
Half-day (4 hrs): $300–$400 | Full-day (8 hrs): $550–$650.
